Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders 5–7 business days

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • COD orders may require WhatsApp or SMS verification before shipping. If verification is not completed, the order may be canceled.

  • COD orders may include additional handling fees.

  • Courier partner name

  • Delivery updates

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

❗ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure the following details are accurate at checkout:

  • Full name

  • Address with landmark

  • Phone number

  • Pincode

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong pincode

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Unavailability at the time of delivery

🔐 Packaging & Handling

We pack every order with care and secure protective layers to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and damage-free.

📦 Damaged / Tampered Package Policy

If your order arrives:

  • Opened

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claim)

  • Photos of packaging and product

  • Order number

We will review the case and assist with a suitable solution based on eligibility.

🚫 Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

  • Once processed/shipped, cancellation is not available.

  • For prepaid order cancellations (if accepted before dispatch), store credit will be issued — no bank refund.
