If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claim)

  • Photos of packaging and product

  • Order number

We will review the case and assist with a suitable solution based on eligibility.

  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

  • Once processed/shipped, cancellation is not available.

  • For prepaid order cancellations (if accepted before dispatch), store credit will be issued โ€” no bank refund.
