Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
For prepaid orders, if cancellation is accepted before dispatch, store credit only will be issued.
(No cash or bank refunds.)

Yes — we offer a 3-day return/exchange window from the delivery date.
Return is accepted only if the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags & invoice intact

Return shipping fee: ₹80 (one-time per order).

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

At checkout, you will see an option to use your available balance.
Simply apply it, and the amount will be deducted from the total.

Store credit never expires.
